   Biển Thuận An nằm cách thành phố Huế 15 km về phía Đông và từ lâu nổi tiếng là một điểm tắm mát lý tưởng. Đặt chân đến đây, du khách sẽ không khỏi thán phục về vẻ đẹp của một vùng trời, biển đặc biệt là khi bình minh lên.


   Khi mặt trời ló rạng, những tia nắng như được đánh thức sau một giấc ngủ dài, oằn mình vươn vai bên sương muối mịt mờ của sóng biển tạo nên bức tranh không gian ba chiều. Những người dân chài lưới nhỏ bé đang mưu sinh mập mờ trên bãi biển càng tô thêm sự sinh động, chân thực cho bức tranh thiên nhiên.

   Cũng vào buổi bình minh, những phiên họp chợ cá họp ngay tại bãi biển và chỉ diễn ra trong chớp nhoáng, khi bóng nắng trải dài trên bãi cát là kết thúc. Nụ cười hồn nhiên của các em nhỏ đi theo mẹ đón người thân, nụ cười thân thiện của các mẹ, các chị sau một ngày được nhiều cá… làm cho du khách không khỏi bâng khuâng.
