Nét đặc trưng của Con Sẻ Tre là lò nướng dân gian lộ thiên theo kiểu La Mã. Lò nướng hình tròn, khá lớn được xây thành hai tầng. Sáu ụ gạch cao chừng 4 mét của lò nướng được thắp sáng như 6 ngọn đuốc thiêng. Chủ nhân của khu du lịch cho biết: 5 ngọn tượng trưng cho 5 châu, còn ngọn thứ 6 tượng trưng cho người và đảo này.
